It's more than wide enough for thick 12 by 12 paper carries, or a bunch of embellishments like jars or bags of buttons, spools of ribbon, pencil case, journalling pens, sets of markers, chipboard, and more. The bottom is 6.5 x 11.5, expanding to 18 inches wide, and the bag rises 16.5 inches high.
